There are two ways to purchase from this site. The first is by creating an order and paying by Credit or Debit card. Orders will only be allowed which have a net value over £250 Sterling. You will be able to view and change your order at any time but you will not be given the option to proceed to the ‘Checkout’ until you order value exceeds £250 sterling.

Once the order has been placed and paid for you will receive and email acknowledgement of your order. Your order will then be processed and delivered.

The second way is to become an account customer with Columbia Marketing Ltd. In doing this your username and logon details will be added to our system to allow you to make purchases whilst being invoiced for the order rather than paying at the time of ordering.

Please note that if you are a new customer and you do not already have an account with us we will need to have at least two pro-forma purchases from you before we can set you up with an invoiced account.

These two methods are identical apart from the fact that one takes payment at the time of order and the other is paid on an invoice basis.

You can brows this site without either a customer account or a web site login and start to generate an order. However if you get to the point where you wish to purchase your order you will be asked to log in.

If you do not currently have login username and password you can create an account by filling in the registration details on the registration page. Please note the process of registration does not automatically give you and invoiced account with Columbia Marketing Ltd it merely facilitates the purchase of orders by Credit or Debit card.

Stock items can be viewed either by Category, Format, ISBN or Author. When searching you will be presented with a list of books which fulfil the criteria selected for the search. If you select a book to add to your order the current value of your order will then be updated and you can continue to shop.

Please note that if you start to generate an order and leave the site for any reason your order will not be retained so you will have to start again.
